Application channels are deleted once they have been accepted. You can run any bot commands through #│bot-commands for standard commands, and #│transactions for any transactions you want to perform.
The transactions will be reset to 0 at the same time that the group stages start.
Registrations close on the 28th of January, but be aware spots may be taken before then. If you apply after the competition is full, you will be put on a wait list.
Make sure you've done /app complete for staff to review. We will accept, you will be provided graphics, and your channel will be deleted.
Yes, you can add players right up to the quarter finals. Use the │transactions channel, and the commands /transaction add and /transaction rm. You can view your team roster by /team mr. Don't forget you'll need your team code for these commands.
Ping the @Mediation role and ask for assistance in your respective negotiation channel, or raise a ticket in the Support Desk. You can also do /raise-incident for less urgent queries
In your negotiation channels, your title is set as "SCHEDULE-TeamA-TeamB". For example, for week 1, your channel may look like w1-peak-cosmo. Peak is Team A, Cosmo is Team B.
We post brackets periodically in the information channel for each division. Full GFX brackets are generated for the QFs, before then we only use League Utils.
The full prizepool is detailed in the divisional rulebook on the final page. Please check there for full details.
Check you won the last match. If you didn't, you may be knocked out. Check the schedule as well, as your channels may be created later. If you still can't find your channels, ping @staff.
Timed hits always apply in streamed matches. They apply in 5v5 leagues from playoffs onwards. Check the Divisional Rulebook for more information on each division and timed hits.
Check the Divisional Rulebook, where this is explained. Alternatively, look at the brackets or the /tournament calendar command.
To schedule in a match once a time has been agreed, you need to use the /match settime command. see below example for the format. All times are in UTC.
/match settime tournament_name: galaxy schedule_name: ro64/ro32 etc team_code: test YYYYMMDDTHH:MM prep_duration: 5m
YYYY = 4 digit year format - 2024
MM = 2 digit month format - 02
DD = 2 digit day format - 19
HH = 2 digit 24 hour time - 23
MM = 2 digit minute format - 00

In order to keep the standings neutral, we rank from top to bottom based on Average Gained Stars (Descending), Average Won Percentage (Descending), Average Lost Percentage (Ascending), in that order.
Head to the Support Desk, and raise an FPIT ticket.
